Craig C. Russell, B.Sc., R.T.R., D.C.
Dr. Craig Russell was born in Edmonton, Alberta where he grew up and went to school. Upon graduation, he attended the University of Alberta and acquired a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in physics and a minor in chemistry. He then attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) where he received a diploma in Medical X-ray Technology.
After working as an x-ray technologist in hospitals and clinics in Canada and Australia, Dr. Russell decided that Chiropractic was his calling and enrolled at Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. He graduated Cum Laude in 1997.
Dr. Russell uses Diversified Technique, Arthrostim, Drop Table, Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.), Graston Techniques, Cupping, and Kinesiology Taping/Rock Tape.
Dr. Russell is interested in most sports especially golf, biking and curling.
Devon Phillips, B.Sc., D.C.
Dr. Phillips received his B.Sc. Physiology from the University of Saskatchewan, and his doctor of chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. He received his certificate in acupuncture from the Acupuncture Council of Ontario. In 2001, Dr. Phillips traveled to Beijing, China where he enjoyed further studies of acupuncture at the International Acupuncture Training Centre, working with local patients and doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing hospitals.
Dr. Phillips incorporates chiropractic, acupuncture, Graston Techniques, Laser therapy, Kinesio and Rock taping, and various soft tissue techniques in his busy family practice. On Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, he is at his other chiropractic office in Calmar, Alberta.
When not in the office, Dr. Phillips enjoys time with his wife and two children, making music, running, cycling, mountain biking, skiing, and playing outdoors. He has participated in a number of races on foot and two wheels, including the Canadian Death Race, Sinister 7, 24 Hours of Adrenaline, Golden 24 Mountain Bike, Whistler Tough Mudder, various Spartan Races, triathlon, and Crossfit. Dr. Phillips would be happy to offer advice for your sports training goals.
Kristen Sheppard, D.C.
Dr. Sheppard was born and raised in Edmonton. She has been practicing chiropractic since graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2001. Dr Sheppard runs a busy family practice, treating patients of all ages with her passion being expectant moms and little ones.
Dr. Sheppard is dedicated to helping her patients attain optimal health utilizing a variety of techniques to best suit their individual needs. Low force and manual adjustments are used such as Activator, Diversified, and Thompson Drop. Graston technique and cold laser therapy are also available if required.
Dr Kristen looks forward to meeting you and helping your entire family achieve optimal health and wellness.
Amy Wan, Dr. Ac.
Amy has been successfully healing and treating the community for over 15 years. She specializes in pain management, women’s health issues, fertility, hormone balancing, detoxification, digestive issues, and stress reduction.
Amy has received comprehensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at MacEwan University. Since graduating, she has extended her studies in Chinese herbology, auricular therapy, treating infertility, acupuncture for addiction, facial acupuncture, fitness and nutrition.
Amy loves life with her 3 wonderful children. You will often find her at a hockey rink, volunteering for schools, and at her local gym.

Breanne Martiniuk BScKin, RMT
Breanne was born and raised in Edmonton. She has worked in the health & fitness industry since completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2003. She became a registered massage therapist in 2013 by completing her education at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy. She owns & operates Funky Fitness Inc which provides fitness & massage services (www.funkyfit.ca) to those looking to get stronger and feel better.
Exercise & sports have always been a part of her life from competitive swimming to basketball to ultimate frisbee. A knee injury was the catalyst for her education route and introduction to strength training (I was hooked). She enjoys sharing her love of sports and exercise with family, friends & clients!
If you want to talk about the Oilers, dogs or beer – she is game! Oh, and if you want a massage therapist that will help you alleviate your body’s aches & pains, she can do that too!
Christina Lemieux, R.M.T.
Christina studied Registered Massage Therapy at CDI College. She has provided therapeutic massage in a variety of places, after several years working on cruise ships. Christina specializes in deep tissue therapeutic massage, and can also provide lighter massage according to patient preference. She has additional training in hot stone massage therapy.
